Practical knife skills are some of the most important skills in the kitchen. Join chef/cooking instructor Liz Barbour of The Creative Feast for this fun class. Learning how to select quality knives, how sharpen your knives and, and how to use them correctly will help to make your time in the kitchen productive and fun. With step-by-step instruction, Liz will show the audience how to chop, slice, dice, and mince a variety of vegetables and herbs. Following her instruction, Liz will demonstrate a stir-fry recipe using the ingredients she prepared during class.

Liz Barbour has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992 and started The Creative Feast in 2004.  Liz's cooking demonstrations and recipes have been featured on New Hampshire Chronicle, Channel 9’s “Cooks Corner” and in various publications including New Hampshire Magazine. In 2017 Liz published her first cookbook “Beautifully Delicious: Cooking with Herbs & Edible Flowers”.
