The versatility of containers makes them useful in almost any home garden or landscape. Come learn how you can grow just about anything in a container – bulbs, culinary herbs, colorful annuals, perennials, vegetables, a specimen plant, and even a small shrub or tree! Containers come in a wonderful variety of colors, sizes, shapes and materials to enhance a specific location or need, and some even have convenient, self-watering features. Your use of containers is limited only by your imagination. The program will explore the many uses and benefits of container gardening.

Program presenters, Christy Belvin and Sue Makowiecki are both NH Master Gardeners and members of the Amherst Garden Club. Their passion for gardening is contagious, you won’t want to miss this presentation.

This program is a collaboration with the Amherst Garden Club and is part of their "Side Shoots" series.
