Join us for a lively musical journey across the North Sea, where Celtic and Nordic traditions meet through tunes, stories, and remarkable instruments.

Dashing Rock Celtic Trio brings together fiddles, whistles, nyckelharpa, guitar, accordion, and voice for a lively and engaging take on Celtic and Northern European traditional music. Their performances mix beautiful melodies, rich harmonies, and the stories behind the tunes in a relaxed, welcoming style that invites audiences into the music.

North Sea Crossing explores a time when the North Sea was not a border but a busy highway linking Ireland, Scotland, England, continental Europe, and Scandinavia. As people crossed these waters—traders, settlers, monks, and migrants—their music traveled with them and evolved along the way. Drawing on both very old tunes and newly written ones, this program traces those musical connections across centuries and cultures, with musical stories of life and love, conflict and home.
