Plants have powerful healing properties but are often overlooked in favor of traditional pharmacy products. Essential oils and herbs offer effective, sometimes better, alternatives for addressing certain health concerns. Learn about aromatherapy basics and the benefits of essential oils and herbs that can be used to create non-toxic first-aid products.

Part 2: Using Essential Oils and Herbs for Relaxation

Building upon Part 1, learn how essential oils and herbs can help bring a sense of relaxation to your life by reducing anxiety and promoting better sleep. Different methods of use will be shared along with instructions for preparing your own products at home.

This presentation will include information/instruction handouts and 2-3 door prizes.
